Foundation Learning Areas
The prepared environment provides opportunities for children to develop across a number of Foundation Learning Areas. For ease of understanding, these Foundation Learning Areas are described separately but in reality they are of course interconnected with most learning opportunities and experiences happening across more than one area.
All staff at IMCH adhere to the principles outlined by the Australian National Childcare Accreditation Council - Quality Improvement and Accreditation System (QIAS). These principles form a framework for measuring the quality of our practice and enable us to provide a high quality of service to the children and their families.
