Fee Structure for 2011
Bond and Administration Levy
Payment of $620 - in respect to each child, must accompany acceptance by parent(s) (i.e. completed Confirmation of Enrolment form) of an offer of a place.
• $220 Enrolment Fee (Incl. GST which is non -refundable)
• $400 Bond – refunded in accordance with Clause
Cancellation of a Place.
The $400 Bond is refunded on finalisation of all fees outstanding, and in accordance with Clause Cancellation of a Place. (See further down this page)Fees for 2011 (current as at January 2011)
Fees are reviewed annually by Centre Management and are subject to increases as necessary, without notice.

Payment of FeesAccounts are processed monthly and due within 14 days. A late fee of $20 will apply to all overdue accounts fortnightly. If fees are not received for a period of four weeks the child’s place MAY be terminated.
Holidays
The Centre will close for 2 weeks each year from Christmas through to January. Fees are not charged for these two weeks.Absenteeism and Public Holidays
Fees are payable for those days your child may be absent from the Centre for any reason. Public Holidays also incur payment as usual.Payment Methods
Payments can be made via Direct Debit (Internet) or via the Office using Eftpos, cheque or cash.Late Fee
As staff are employed only until 6.00pm, it is important out of respect for staff that children are collected by this time. If you collect your child after 6.00pm the following procedure will apply:1. A staff member will counter-sign the sign–out sheet
2. A late fee will be charged at the rate of $1 per minute.
Excursion Levy - (inc visiting shows and storyteller)

A $55 Annual membership per familyCancellation of a Place
- Four weeks notice in writing MUST be given if withdrawing a child from the Centre or cancelling a child’s enrolment. If fees have been paid in advance, no refund of fees will be made.
- Failure to give notice in accordance with Clause 8.7.1 will result in:
(a) Forfeiture of all fees which have already been paid;
(b) Outstanding fees becoming a debt due to the Centre, payable immediately.- Upon giving notice all outstanding fees shall become due and payable as a debt due & owing to the Centre.
- Upon refusal and/or failure to pay any sums owing, the Bond will be forfeited and offset against the sum of the debt due to the Centre. The balance of the debt after offset of the Bond, shall be recoverable as a debt due
and owing to the Centre.- For the avoidance of doubt, the Centre may convert the Bond in order to off-set any amounts owed to the Centre pursuant to this agreement.
