Enrolment Process - What next ...
Acceptance, Enrolment, Interview, Orientation, First Day at IMCH
Acceptance of a Place
When your child's place is confirmed in writing, you will be sent an Enrolment Form. This detailed form needs to be completed and you will be required to pay an Enrolment Fee and Bond to secure your child's position. Please refer to the Fee Schedule.
Interview and Orientation
Once all the enrolment administration is complete, you will be allocated an Interview Time. This One Hour Interview is conducted by one of our Directors. They will provide you with a Parent Information Handbook and inform you of any requirements and then it is an opportunity for you to ask any questions. You will then be allocated a time for your Orientation visit.
During the Orientation Visit, you and your child will spent a few hours in the classroom, meeting the staff and familiarising yourself with the routines of the Group and any special requirements.
First Day
At IMCH we provide each child with as much support as necessary during the settling in time. Staff understand this may not be an easy time for parents. They will not consider any feelings to be silly, but will seek to find ways to support you and your child. We would like your child's journey at IMCH to start in a positive way.
